Customer Service Associate - City Center

As a Customer Service Associate at City Center, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients and the Sales Team in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will ensure that After Sales Service is handled efficiently and support the store's appearance and operations.

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications.
• Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct.
• Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues.

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
