Job Description

Summary

The Customer Service Associate is a client facing role supporting After Sales Service and Sales Team operations in a luxury retail environment. The role handles product registrations for repair and maintenance, tracks service updates from facilities and factories, and ensures accuracy of after sales service data and inventory. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Service and provides back office support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
  • Obtain updates from service facilities and factories
  • Assist sales associates with client communications regarding service
  • Ensure after sales service statistical information is accurate
  • Verify inventory results related to after sales items
  • Consult with management and sales team on after sales issues
  • Provide support to the back office and maintain store appearance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred
  • Strong client service and communication skills
