Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service to Wholesale customers, Retail Stores, E-Commerce, and various internal business areas. You will act as a primary contact for several accounts, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between different departments.

Responsibilities
  • Administer accounts and serve as the primary contact for Wholesale, Corporate Retail, and Ecommerce accounts.
  • Liaise between sales team, buyers, and Italian HQ counterparts.
  • Ensure timely follow-through and problem-solving.
  • Maintain record-keeping and update business reports.
  • Enter and transmit orders for all brand sales lines.
  • Train and supervise temporary staff.
  • Manage EDI Catalog and ensure compliance with customer approvals.
  • Analyze daily inbounds and release shipments proactively.
  • Process customer invoicing and coordinate shipping with payments.
  • Administer the 1-800 line for repairs and inquiries.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel and Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with EDI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient communication and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced work environment.
  • Comfortable working extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.
