Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at the Shops at Merrick Park, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, assisting customers with transactions and promoting our Nordstrom Rewards program.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various transactions ensuring a seamless and friendly experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and inspire trust and teamwork among colleagues.
  • Defuse customer situations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education.
  • Motivate others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program.
Requirements
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule based on department needs.
