Customer Service Representative - Valley Fair

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service and support the Nordstrom customer experience in a retail store. Help customers with returns, exchanges, order pickup, transactions, and loyalty program inquiries while building positive relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own customer interactions and resolve concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Support order pickup inquiries and promote loyalty programs, tools, and services.
• Protect customer information and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide POS and register training to support new employee onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems, including MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
