Cybersecurity Manager

Summary

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead cybersecurity and cyber defense functions across the Americas for the fashion group, ensuring security of infrastructure, applications, and third party environments. This role partners with regional and global CISOs and technical teams to oversee audits, compliance, threat detection, incident response, and security strategy. The position requires hands on technical expertise across cloud security, endpoint protection, network security, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance for devices and servers against Group standards
• Conduct end to end security audits and verify adherence to policies and regulations
• Ensure compliance with data regulatory and industry standards such as CCPA CPRA and PCI DSS
• Review security scan alerts and lead development and execution of remediation plans
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure and vendors to ensure required patching levels
• Lead security assessments and perform risk assessments for projects and third party vendors
• Investigate potential security incidents with vendors and coordinate remediation actions
• Partner with regional CISO and crisis management team during major security incidents
• Provide regular reports on cybersecurity preparedness and remediation status to leadership

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience minimum
• Proven experience in a retail environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science cybersecurity or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage
• Experience with payment processing and PCI DSS compliance
• Knowledge of cloud security technologies and platforms such as Azure and GCP
• Hands on experience with log analysis antivirus IPS IAM DLP MFA and SSO technologies
• Strong understanding of Windows Server Desktop and network administration principles
