Job Description

Summary

Spring 2026 internship supporting Diversity Equity Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives within the Human Resources team. The intern will assist the Sr Director DEI and CSR with program coordination communications and data analysis to help foster a culture of belonging and social responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of DEI training sessions discussions events and programs
  • Assist in developing communication materials to promote internal DEI efforts
  • Research diverse professional networks and academic institutions for talent pipeline development
  • Maintain and update internal DEI communication platforms or sites
  • Assist in coordinating corporate social responsibility activities and initiatives
  • Contribute to projects related to environmental initiatives and Green Team support
  • Support collection and analysis of metrics to track DEI and CSR initiative success
  • Provide general administrative support and prepare materials for training workshops and activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data identify trends and draw actionable conclusions
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to New York City
