Data Analyst 2: Inventory

Summary

The Data Analyst 2 for Inventory focuses on ensuring data integrity, building analytics and reporting, and delivering actionable insights to improve inventory audit programs and business performance. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design data solutions, modernize reporting, and communicate trends to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, management, and integrity of data used by Inventory Audit programs.
• Champion IAP data needs with cross-functional data and business partners.
• Create narratives, trends, and insights to drive process and performance improvements.
• Own data processes, flow, and accuracy across supported systems and sources.
• Support data design, reporting development, dashboard creation, and modernization efforts.
• Support program testing and user acceptance testing; develop guidelines for consistent data usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• 3+ years of SQL proficiency, writing performant, maintainable queries.
• Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design.
• Strong statistical skills and experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS or GCP), ETL pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data quality assurance.
• Experience with version control (Git) and developing production-ready analytics solutions.
