Data Analyst 3 - Insights Enablement Hub

Summary

The Data Analyst 3 on the Insights Enablement Hub collects, analyzes, and presents data to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role builds analytics products and dashboards, partners with stakeholders to define success, and promotes adoption of modern BI platforms such as Looker. The position operates in a hybrid model and delivers insights to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, measurement frameworks, and success criteria.
• Dive deep into complex business problems, perform hypothesis testing, and generate actionable insights.
• Deliver analytical products including analyses, dashboards, Looker content, and recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders up to executive level and guide data-driven decisions.
• Enable BI platform adoption and support Looker migration, development, and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate across teams to apply insights to channels, campaigns, products, and business units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
• Experience developing in Looker using LookML, building Explores, views, derived tables, and dashboards.
• Strong coding skills in R or Python for data import, summarization, and analysis.
• 3+ years extracting and manipulating large data sets using SQL (BigQuery preferred).
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio and strong data storytelling skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective problem solving.
