Department Manager Operations - Short Hills

As a Department Manager - Operations at LOEWE's Short Hills location, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and improving processes to enhance store efficiency. You will play a key role in implementing brand guidelines and providing innovative solutions to improve retail operations and customer service.

• Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting.
• Support the Store Director in driving standard methodologies and optimum processes.
• Conduct training for new hires and follow-up trainings on store operating systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for stock management and replenishment processes.
• Lead operational projects and support the store and HQ during their launch.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis and reporting.
• Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to reduce costs and improve services.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Review product lines and enhance replenishment potential to drive sales.

• Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
• Strong knowledge of USA Retail Laws and Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Strong commercial competence and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
