Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build lasting relationships with existing and new customers
- Sell through appointments and use text and social media selling tools
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and value
- Conduct product knowledge meetings and educate peers on brand trends
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking remerchandising displays and price markdowns
- Grow sales by opening rewards program accounts
- Provide product feedback to management to inform assortment
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and cultivate customer relationships
- Comfort working in a competitive team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including occasional duties outside assigned brand
- Ability to read sales reporting and understand goals
