Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Participate in price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow relationships by opening rewards program accounts
• Work collaboratively with team and be flexible to support other departments
• Maintain organization and follow through on tasks in a fast paced environment
