Sales Associate responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, adherence to company policies and product knowledge. The role supports sales operations including post-sale follow up, inventory maintenance and store presentation while staying current with fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Maximize sales performance through elevated service and product knowledge
• Manage post-sale details including shipping alterations and special requests
• Build and maintain repeat clientele using clienteling tools
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain store presentation, facility upkeep and organization
• Assist with stockroom inventory and selling floor replenishment
• Participate in shipping receiving procedures and physical inventories
• Adhere to Point-of-Sale policies and execute register functions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow policies procedures and maintain attendance
• Willingness to participate in training and development programs
