Job Description

Summary

As a Designated Selling Associate for Women's Designer Shoes at our NYC Flagship, you will be a key player in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will represent the brand with passion and expertise, cultivating relationships with customers and enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
  • Offer honest and confident feedback on style and fit.
  • Seek and share fashion and product knowledge with peers and customers.
  • Drive business through appointment-based selling and events.
  • Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking and merchandising.
  • Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
Requirements

  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
