Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build lasting relationships with customers and grow sales through appointment-based selling
- Provide confident style and fit guidance and educate customers on brand value
- Conduct DSA-run product knowledge meetings and share product feedback with management
- Support department upkeep including stocking, remerchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
- Attend trainings and meetings to increase fashion and product knowledge
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer rapport
- Ability to work in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to read sales reporting and relate it to goals
- Confidence selling across high and low price points and demonstrating item value
- Strong understanding of customers wardrobe and style with organizational follow up
