Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling guidance and product fit feedback to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Apply price markdowns and perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
