Summary
Drive digital sales and cultivate high value online client relationships through personalized outreach, clientelling and exceptional service across omnichannel touchpoints. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while supporting regional events, collaboration with internal teams and ongoing product and systems mastery. Provide a luxury client experience for high net worth clients in categories including jewelry, watches and handbags.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow an online client portfolio through proactive outreach, reactivation and acquisition of high value prospects
- Achieve and exceed sales targets via upselling cross-selling and curated clientelling plans
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel service across calls live chat email instant messaging social media and video appointments
- Maintain and update client profiles capture prospect information and actively manage client book
- Support local and regional events by identifying client opportunities and personalized invitations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless luxury shopping experiences and resolve client issues
- Demonstrate mastery of sales systems to process transactions support order review and handle escalations
- Participate in trainings stay current on product launches storytelling and category knowledge
- Support Customer Service in routine activities outreach follow-up and escalations as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in luxury sales with proven track record exceeding targets
- Customer service experience in luxury hospitality call center or similar environments
- Comfortable engaging with VIPs and high net worth clients and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce SAP and MS Suite and strong computer literacy
- Ability to work evenings holidays and weekends and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational multitasking and follow through with a client centric mindset
- Previous commission based sales experience and entrepreneurial business development skills
