SummaryAs a Digital Return Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations.
Responsibilities- Open and close the digital return register daily.
- Maintain a neat and organized environment.
- Follow protocols on policy and procedures for processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reports.
- Ensure product is secured to standard and maintain integrity of product by ensuring all .com returns are separated, organized, and secure.
- Resolve customer issues both internal and external.
- Support other related Specialized Operations functions such as Cash Reconciliation, Gift Card Events, Jewelry Operations, etc.
- Collaborate between multi-work streams and communicate with Merchandise Operations Team, Asset Protection team & Assistant General Manager of Operations.
- Follow up on necessary reporting and escalate potential issues for resolution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and store.
Requirements- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts of merchandise, with lifting of up to 15 pounds required.
- Knowledge of POS and strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule as per business needs and adherence to dependability standards.
- Attention to detail and organized personal workspace.
- Ability to influence team to follow store policies and procedures.
