Responsibilities- Gather data to determine needs and current local offerings for regional and functional training.
- Conduct annual assessment and audit of training gaps in partnership with regional trainers.
- Develop annual training plans in collaboration with local trainers and HRGs globally.
- Evaluate, analyze, and update current programs for nimble deployment.
- Determine the needs and effectiveness of management development programs.
- Collaborate on innovative programs to meet business needs, including face-to-face and e-learning experiences.
- Lead a team of instructional designers and facilitators to execute global strategic plans.
- Work closely with region/function heads and regional trainers to determine localized leadership development plans.
- Establish meaningful methods and metrics to monitor program impacts.
Requirements- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership and management programs.
- Expertise with adult learning theory and instructional design certification a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly managing a team delivering leadership and management programs.
- Broad understanding of leadership development initiatives under a clear framework.
- Expert facilitation skills and knowledge in designing innovative leadership development solutions.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence interacting with senior-level leaders and influencing a global GLD agenda.
