- Manage category performance by analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and adjusting plans to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the leather goods and accessories sectors.
- Develop cohesive product assortments with the central Merchandising team that resonate with target customers.
- Supervise and provide leadership to the Leathergoods and Accessories Merchandising Managers.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners to align with the merchandising strategy.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising teams for consistent product presentation across retail channels.
- Drive innovation within the product assortment by staying ahead of industry advancements and consumer preferences.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of merchandising experience in a luxury fashion environment focusing on leather goods and accessories.
- Proven track record managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire team members towards excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion market dynamics including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
