Job Description

Summary

Strategic leader responsible for direct management of store planning and construction across the Americas, ensuring retail projects meet luxury standards, budgets, and schedules. Oversees internal project managers and external consultants, aligns regional priorities with global design standards, and implements systems to improve efficiency and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for project and brand delivery
  • Manage internal project managers and external consultants and contractors
  • Negotiate and coordinate design technical requirements, scheduling, budgeting, and hiring
  • Oversee regional Store Planning teams to ensure timely punch list completion and project closeouts
  • Liaise with regional leads to plan, budget, prioritize expansions renovations and cosmetic upgrades
  • Establish competitive bidding contract administration and project financial controls with Finance and Legal
  • Develop qualification standards for consultants vendors and construction providers and monitor compliance
  • Perform post-opening project audits and implement improvements in project delivery and materials
  • Collaborate with Store Design Procurement and Global Procurement on prototyping sourcing and efficiency programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience with architecture and or construction degree and background
  • Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills
  • Proven people management and leadership abilities
  • Ability to organize teams around competing priorities and work cross functionally
  • Client focused with ability to create alignment
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets and schedules
  • Experience implementing systems to improve project delivery and efficiency
