Distribution Center Associate - Shipping

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate handles the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of products. The role supports safe, efficient warehouse operations and company productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage pallets by vendor to ensure accurate purchase order completion.
• Stage and load outbound trailers according to shipping best practices.
• Ensure products are stored, picked, and shipped accurately without damage.
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills and a strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and climbing.
