Distribution Clerk 2

As a Distribution Clerk 2, you will handle returned merchandise from customers and record information into the SAP and/or vendor information systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry and processing of returns in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate data entry of returned products in SAP or other vendor systems.
• Process returns by inspecting and evaluating frames accurately and timely.
• Key accurate evaluation of products into the system.
• Confirm return orders are generated for credit to customer accounts without errors.
• Forward any errors in the return order process to appropriate support staff.
• Use SAP or vendor information systems to obtain relevant information and conduct research.
• Print product labels accurately and manage inventory segregation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and meet production schedules.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extraordinary organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• Experience using SAP and/or vendor information systems preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook preferred.
