Materials Handler 1 - After Sales Trouble Clerical

As a Materials Handler 1 in the After Sales Trouble Clerical department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the North America After Sales Department. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient delivery flow and operational success.

• Assist the leadership team in planning, organizing, and coordinating the flow of work for all Wholesale functions.
• Perform group functions including releasing, labeling, reprinting, and researching carts that are unable to be processed.
• Maintain and resolve Error Log and provide daily status updates.
• Monitor and work with North American System Support to resolve errors.
• Assist Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor with pulling data and running reports.
• Assist Supervisor/Associates with validating inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate and track late or lost packages.
• Assist in training and cross-training of associates.
• Collaborate with customer service on resolving errors.

• 2+ years performing diversified duties within the Wholesale department or a comparable Distribution environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and oral.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisor and Manager.
• Ability to work in a combination of seated, walking, or standing position for up to 10 hours.
• GED or High School diploma.
