Summary
The E-Commerce Coordinator supports the growth and daily operations of the Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business, collaborating with media, CRM, creative, and operations to drive conversion and ensure flawless execution across digital touchpoints. This role focuses on site operations, content, campaign execution, and performance tracking to enhance the client experience and support launches and promotions. The position is suited to a detail-oriented, digitally driven candidate with a passion for beauty, luxury, and eCommerce innovation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain DTC product catalog and site content including homepages, product pages, banners, and offers.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to optimize assets for eCommerce including imagery, copy, and SEO.
- Support new product launches, sampling initiatives, and promotional mechanics such as bundles and exclusive offers.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with supply and operations to resolve stock issues.
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, orders, traffic, and conversion KPIs.
- Maintain trackers for campaign results, promotions, and content performance and an eCommerce roadmap project tracker.
- Coordinate site readiness for launches and campaigns across homepages, landing pages, and PDPs.
- Support performance media and affiliate execution by coordinating assets, tracking links, and campaign updates.
- QA site and campaign updates pre- and post-launch and partner with customer service to address client pain points.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of eCommerce, digital marketing, or site merchandising experience; use of lower bound → 1 year minimum.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud required and proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 and performance media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- Strong communication, project management, and data storytelling skills.
- Growth-oriented, consumer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
