E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator

Summary

The e-Commerce Logistics Coordinator leads and performs hands-on fulfillment and returns operations to support the companys e-Commerce and digital initiatives. This role prepares, packs and ships orders, manages returns and gifting inventory, troubleshoots fulfillment issues, and coordinates with internal teams to meet SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-Commerce logistics team and manage escalations to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Oversee pending returns and communicate status with vault and stakeholders
• Resolve customer complaints related to returns, damages, and replacements
• Manage inbound gifting inventory, allocations, and tracking
• Prepare, pack, gift wrap and ship e-Commerce orders accurately
• Process customer returns within company specified SLAs
• Develop status reports to inform teams on outstanding claims
• Organize team schedules for high volume periods and coordinate cut-off times
• Support shipping department and maintain cleanliness of workroom

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
• 1 years professional experience in e-Commerce, fulfillment or logistics preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem solving abilities
• Fluency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook Word and Excel
• Familiarity with POS systems e-Commerce platforms or Salesforce preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new software; SAP knowledge a plus
