E-Commerce Senior Manager

As an E-Commerce Senior Manager at Montblanc in New York, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital strategy and operations for the North American market. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will oversee ecommerce initiatives, manage the Ecommerce Operations Manager, and ensure alignment with the Client Relations Center and global teams.

• Oversee digital merchandising strategy to align with commercial goals and inventory availability.
• Conduct product and assortment analysis to identify key drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Lead execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns across the site.
• Support media activation and implement CRM campaigns across email and SMS.
• Monitor and analyze traffic and conversion metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Deliver performance insights and collaborate with Planning to align site priorities.
• Lead and develop the Ecommerce Operations Manager for backend updates and content publishing.
• Collaborate with CRC to align on service priorities and enablement for campaigns.
• Support platform and warehouse migration projects to ensure business continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or CRM.
• Proficient in ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data for recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
• Superb organizational skills with attention to detail.
