Elevated Selling Support - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Supports personal shoppers, stylists, and luxury sellers in delivering a seamless customer experience. Helps sellers access product information and secure merchandise, but does not work directly with customers or build a personal clientele.

Responsibilities

• Navigate elevated luxury transactions and develop partnerships with luxury partners.
• Use available tools and relationships to locate and secure products, including special orders and online look books.
• Respond to outreach from personal shoppers, stylists, and luxury sellers to help close sales and satisfy customers.
• Maintain positive working relationships and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills, with the ability to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Comfort navigating multiple technology devices and attention to detail in product knowledge.
• Resourceful and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
