Summary
Build and support production AI agent workflows that improve business operations across commerce, personalization, inventory, and customer service. Partner with engineering and business teams to develop reliable agentic solutions and contribute to the team's AI roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain agent components, including tool integrations, retrieval, and orchestration logic.
- Integrate LLM APIs, embedding models, vector stores, and agent frameworks into production services.
- Develop evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and metrics to assess system quality, safety, and reliability.
- Participate in on-call support, debugging, root-cause analysis, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and security teams while following access-control and sensitive-data practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience and strong computer science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLM or foundation model APIs, prompt engineering or RAG, and some exposure to building AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience with a production-grade technology stack and working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Assistants API.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with REST services, databases, containers, CI/CD, or observability is beneficial.
