Responsibilities- Craft and lead the execution of a comprehensive enterprise application strategy for our global omnichannel presence.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Partner with solution architects to deliver robust technical application designs.
- Lead the Omnichannel Architecture Review Board, establishing efficient governance processes.
- Actively contribute to the Enterprise Architecture repository.
- Mentor solution architects, fostering excellence in design, architecture, and development standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, integration, and data teams to establish cross-domain standards.
- Champion innovation across the IT organization, challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements- Proven experience in enterprise architecture roles with a strong background in IT enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in modernizing and simplifying information systems.
- Deep, hands-on technical and operational expertise with IT technologies and architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and microservice-oriented architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
