Summary
Support the Managing Director North America through comprehensive executive assistance including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, presentation preparation, and execution of special projects and corporate events. Act as primary office contact for administrative needs and partner with cross functional teams on real estate and network planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and oversee follow-up actions for the Managing Director
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and manage T and E tracking and expense reports in Concur
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and materials for executive meetings and leadership updates
- Plan and execute corporate events and zone conferences including venue sourcing, travel logistics, agendas, and budgets
- Serve as main point of contact for office management tasks such as desk assignments, IT requests, and supplies
- Support real estate and network evolution projects by preparing market presentations and maintaining competitor index
- Track budgets for corporate and retail gatherings and maintain vendor and hospitality contacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of corporate work experience with demonstrated efficiency and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook and experience creating executive presentations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with local and global teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Concur or similar expense reporting tools
