Job Description

Summary

Tiffany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Brand Creative Officer at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY. This in-person role requires a highly organized individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle various office responsibilities with precision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business travel.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure all preparations are made prior to meetings.
  • Assist in logistical preparation of conferences and meetings, including site selection and contract finalization.
  • Book and prepare comprehensive travel arrangements for international and domestic itineraries.
  • Create and compile detailed Excel and PowerPoint documents for leadership meetings.
  • Partner with departments to coordinate contracts and purchase orders.
  • Maintain departmental filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports and reconcile invoices for key projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a C-Suite environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Coupa, ExpenseVisor, and Concur.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative and flexibility in handling multiple projects and prioritizing workload.
