Summary
The Executive Communications Associate supports communications strategy and stakeholder engagements for the Chief Executive Officer. The role coordinates CEO engagements and develops communications for employee, leadership, press, and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track CEO engagements, timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
- Draft and edit internal communications, briefing memos, event materials, remarks, and talking points.
- Research stakeholders and organizations, and prepare concise briefing documents.
- Coordinate CEO communications channels, calendar, and scheduling with executive assistants and internal teams.
- Support employee and leadership engagement initiatives, press opportunities, and external stakeholder engagements.
- Track and archive press coverage and correspondence.
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Strong project coordination, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to interact confidently and confidentially with senior leadership.
- Collaborative approach and comfort working across functions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Sound judgment, curiosity, storytelling instincts, and interest in employee engagement.
- Ability to use feedback, analytics, and engagement insights to refine communications.
