SummaryThe Executive Development Associate will coordinate and maintain the Executive Development process to ensure a consistent, engaging, and inclusive experience for all Executive Development learning experiences at Ralph Lauren globally, regionally, and locally. This role involves working closely with the Executive Development Lead, internal partners, external coaches, consultant firms, and executive education institutions to inspire engaging and transformational learning and development experiences.
Responsibilities- Support the continuous deployment and evolution of all Executive Development Learning experiences, including Executive Coaching Engagements and Executive Education Experiences.
- Own the strategy and execution of programs such as Internal Coaching and 360 Feedback initiatives.
- Establish relationships with internal People Partners, Executive Assistants, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Track and maintain all program milestones to ensure deadlines and program goals are met.
- Maintain all Executive Development files, documents, and shared drives.
- Draft and secure approvals for SOWs and MSAs in partnership with Legal and Vendors.
- Process and track all invoices through the Ariba invoicing system.
- Coordinate and draft communication emails and plans.
- Support the design of Executive Learning presentations, dashboards, and content.
- Coordinate data analysis and surveys to measure the impact of Executive Development experiences.
- Partner with People teams for access to Workday reporting and data.
- Research industry trends and benchmarks in executive education.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in HR, including learning & development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, and LMS Systems.
- Ability to travel when needed.
