Job Description

Summary

As a Retail Trainer at Balenciaga in New York, you will play a crucial role in delivering and enhancing training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to align training with the brand's values and objectives, contributing to a motivated and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager, Market Directors, and Store Management to identify and adapt training needs.
  • Conduct in-store coaching and training programs to promote a positive culture and ensure service standards.
  • Create supplemental training content to support global initiatives and maintain brand image.
  • Manage the delivery, quality, and cost of training programs, including planning and coordinating logistics.
  • Stay updated on new trends and tools in employee development and coordinate training logistics.
  • Exercise budgetary control and embody a hands-on approach to training and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • In-store selling experience to enhance retail training components.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel at least 50% of the year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
