Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- In-store selling experience to enhance retail training components.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel at least 50% of the year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
