Experienced Jeweler

Summary

The Experienced Jeweler performs advanced jewelry and stone work, including complex setting, fabrication, repair and bespoke alterations. This role supports technical development, assists lead jewelers with bench testing and onboarding, and may represent the workshop at client-facing events. The position requires adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting productivity and organizational expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex stone setting, repairs, alterations, fabrication and engineering for high-value and bespoke pieces.
• Work with CAD technicians to develop custom components and execute engineering projects for high jewelry items.
• Assist Lead Jeweler with bench testing, training new hires and developing technical craft levels.
• Support service center operations and provide technical support at events, including client-facing interactions when required.
• Maintain quality, productivity, organized work orders and a safe workshop environment.

Requirements

• Experience in diamond and colored-stone setting and proficiency with a wide range of jewelry techniques.
• Soldering and laser welding experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and strong attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation, fluent English (reading, writing, verbal) and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime and weekends, strong initiative, organization and ability to work independently.
