Summary

The Expert Client Advisor Les Extraordinaires is a senior in-store sales specialist responsible for developing and driving a designated product category such as watches, fine jewelry, exotics, hardsided goods and Objets Nomade. As a brand ambassador you will deliver exceptional client experiences through storytelling, client development and category leadership. You will manage a portfolio of clients while supporting the team through coaching and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales for assigned Les Extraordinaires product category in store
• Lead by example to achieve top seller performance and meet category targets
• Deliver product training and support new launches for the team
• Cultivate and grow client relationships through proactive clienteling and portfolio management
• Provide feedback to management and communicate corporate strategy to the sales team
• Observe selling interactions and coach colleagues to improve selling techniques

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and deep interest in the assigned product category
• Outstanding product knowledge and storytelling ability specific to watches, jewelry or specialty categories
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven client development experience
• Strong commercial and analytical aptitude to drive category performance
• Previous retail luxury sales experience with demonstrated results
