• Serve as the in-store expert for Watches and Jewelry, providing product expertise and training to the team.
• Drive the Watch and Jewelry business in-store through effective client development and sales strategies.
• Lead product training sessions and support new product launches.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients, demonstrating outstanding clientelling techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Watches and Jewelry.
• Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be a sales leader in your area of expertise.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with clients and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
