FT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors create exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized styling and client service that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. They build lasting customer relationships, use digital tools for clienteling, and contribute to the store's sales goals while supporting team development and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and sales techniques.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to merchandising and presentation.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM systems preferred.
