PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will deliver exceptional customer service and curate personalized styling experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. This in-store role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and contributing to store sales goals while supporting team training and visual standards. The position is an entry point for growth into management and requires strong interpersonal and retail skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Plan and execute personal business growth through outreach, clienteling, and use of digital tools like CRM.
• Support team sales goals and uphold brand standards across the sales floor and visual displays.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and assist with talent sourcing and training.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience in a specialty or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Comfortable using digital selling tools and CRM for clienteling and data capture.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
