Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance practices and processes.
- Promote network standards and OEM expertise to enhance reliability efforts.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Facilities Managers to drive World Class Maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance/equipment-related inquiries and distribute OEM technical updates.
- Leverage the MC computerized maintenance management system for tracking and management.
- Analyze operational data to improve maintenance-related metrics and KPIs.
- Deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability training.
- Support project execution within existing structures and new buildings.
- Develop strategic reliability programs around critical assets.
- Analyze equipment downtime data and manage warranty processes.
- Coordinate reliability-based activities with service providers.
- Implement performance metrics and engage in business reviews with service providers.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in MEP, HVAC, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Knowledge of equipment, systems, and processes related to industrial facilities.
- Extensive experience with industrial facility equipment and instrumentation.
- Preferred experience in Industrial or Retail Facilities Management and systems integration.
