Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Controller at Gucci Seattle Nordstrom, you will provide operational support by managing an efficient stockroom and ensuring accurate inventory. You will assist management in daily operations, addressing operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues, while promoting Gucci's values and creating a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational problems quickly.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
  • Submit all required forms and communicate discrepancies to management.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliation with management support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
