Facilities Service Technician

The Facilities Service Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for facility staff and guests. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness of both production and office areas, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the facility.

• Empty all trash cans from production and office areas and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Dust furniture and fixtures, vacuum carpets, and use floor scrubber for non-carpeted areas.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms, ensuring they meet acceptable standards.
• Restock supplies and mop restroom and break room floors.
• Clean windows and blinds.
• Maintain facility grounds, including trash and yard waste removal, and perform minor repairs.
• Support the cleanliness of production areas.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Effective verbal communication skills to coordinate with associates.
• Basic written communication skills for recording information.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
