SummaryThe Purchase Order Analyst will be responsible for analyzing distributor needs, optimizing supply chain performance, and ensuring accurate order delivery. Responsibilities- Act as representative of Replenishment manager to distributors within defined scope.
- Monitor, action, and measure performance on transportation (domestic and international flow).
- Execute supply and financial strategy.
- Apply supply chain knowledge to propagate critical customer-related needs and information to appropriate business stakeholders.
- Drive awareness of the region’s sales programming and marketing activities.
- Partner with distributor teams to understand forecasts and apply data to order planning.
- Serve as single point of contact on customer service for distributor and commercial team.
- Communicate sales targets to both external and internal teams.
- Drive open communication with distributors to review order status and logistics constraints.
- Analyze and prescribe necessary supply to meet business forecast.
- Build partnerships with distributors, providing guidance for monthly order flow.
- Optimize route to market for all orders and implement efficiencies.
- Analyze product availability and communicate seasonal offerings to distributors.
- Ensure alignment with consumption vs. target plans and provide analysis to stakeholders.
- Control successful, accurate delivery of all orders and resolve issues as necessary.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA Degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
- Experience working closely with distributors and/or customers in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the wines and spirits three-tier system is preferred.
- Solid understanding of supply chain mechanics and principles.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and autonomous with strong prioritization skills.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
