Senior Production Operations Associate

The Senior Production Operations Associate for the Home Division at Ralph Lauren is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production planning and supplier management across multiple brand portfolios within the textiles category. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

• Ensure accurate and timely creation, validation, and maintenance of all purchase orders and their release to offices, agents, and vendors.
• Track and resolve production delays and quality issues while ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to maintain efficient product movement.
• Lead end-to-end monthly textile replenishment business from planning through delivery.
• Manage textile off-price replenishment business by processing quarterly buys and partnering with logistics.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors through regular communication and performance reviews.

• 3+ years of experience in production operations with expertise in data analysis and process optimization.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Technical knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.
• Advanced analytical, process management, and prioritization capabilities.
