Fashion Advisor

Summary

Provide superior in-store client service using fashion expertise to convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors. Work collaboratively with the boutique sales team and report to leadership to drive revenue and inspire brand loyalty. Maintain client relationships through outreach and follow up on repairs and alterations while delivering a high level of professionalism and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach
• Support client sales to drive business results
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to exceed client expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and service minded approach
• Passion for fashion and the brand with desire to learn and grow
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
