Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides elevated client service and fashion expertise in a full-time, in-store role. This position builds client relationships, supports sales growth, and inspires brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an inclusive and memorable client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for client experience, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Passion for fashion, art, beauty, and luxury, with an interest in the history and products of the brand.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
