Fashion Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive client conversion, retention, and revenue while representing the brand with professionalism. Work collaboratively with the boutique sales team and report to boutique leadership to deliver elevated client experiences and inspire brand loyalty. Maintain follow up on repairs and alterations and support a high level of client outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
• Support team-focused selling and collaborate with colleagues to drive business results
• Take in repairs and manage consistent follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Demonstrate fashion expertise to inspire clients and create desire around product
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
• Passion for the brand and knowledge of fashion and product offerings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible schedule availability for in-store presence
