Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in visitors into clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product and brand experiences.
• Provide prompt, warm, professional service and exceed client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and alterations and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong client-service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Fragrance and beauty expertise and an interest in learning about the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
