• Optimize the client experience according to Chanel's Client Service Values.
• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain awareness of company, boutique, and personal sales targets.
• Assist with back of house operations and review alterations and holds.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure highest standards in sales and after-sales service.
• Uphold the image of the Brand Ambassador through professional grooming and etiquette.

• Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
